1. Free trial first

Every plan starts with a free trial so you can set up your bank accounts, calibrate your printer and print test cheques before you pay. No payment details are needed for the trial.

2. Cancellation

Subscriptions are prepaid and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay for a new period, the account becomes read-only when the current period ends. Your data remains available to view and export.

3. When we refund

• Duplicate or mistaken payments: refunded in full, for example if the same invoice was paid twice or the wrong amount was charged.
• First payment, within 7 days: if you paid for the first time and the service cannot be used for its purpose with your bank's cheque leaves or your printer, and our support team cannot fix this, we refund that payment in full. Ask within 7 days of the payment date.
• Service failure: if the service is unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side, we refund or credit the affected time in proportion.

Apart from these cases, unused time in a paid period is not refunded. If you move to a higher plan, ask us and the remaining value of your current period will be credited towards the new plan.

4. How to ask for a refund

Contact us through our contact page from the email address of a company owner or billing manager, quoting the invoice number (for example INV-202610-00001) and the reason.

5. How refunds are paid

• We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method: the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet, the same card (through SSLCommerz), or the bank account the transfer came from. Your card issuer or bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
• Refunds are made in Bangladeshi Taka for the amount actually received, including VAT. Charges added by your own bank or wallet provider are not refundable by us.
